Rental Blocks
Rental Blocks – All rentals include a 7-hour block that includes setup time, event duration, and clean up. All events must end by 10:00 pm to allow for cleanup.

Small Gathering Spaces
Lobby Rental – Rent the lobby – up to 50 people with 30 seating capacity, 3 TVs, coffee bar – $85.00 p/hr. (min. 4 hr. rental) – refreshments only.
LCC Lounge – Capacity (10-12) includes TV with high bar table and chairs. Ideal for small pizza parties and catered luncheons. $55 p/hour – (2 hr. min. rental).
Conference/Training Room (No Computers) Rental space for ten students and one instructor (tables, chairs, TV, whiteboard) – Students can bring in laptops and connect to Wi-Fi. $550 p/d $300 ½ day
Executive Office – Capacity 5-Executive Desk with 4 Round Conference Table, and TV =$275 p/d or $55.00 p/hr. (min. 3 hr. rental)
Seymour (Peer Space) -Capacity 15 – (Sectional Sofa, TV, Round Table w/chairs, Table and Chairs, High Boy, Bar) – $475 p/d or $65.00 p/hr. (min. 3 hr. rental)
